The member representing Pankshin/Kanke/Kanam Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Rt Hon Yusuf Adamu Gagdi was today at the Jos residence of the immediate past CAN Chairman in Plateau State and former President of the Church of Christ in Nations (COCIN), Rev. Dr Soja Bewarang to commiserate with him over the death of his wife, Mama Matwok Mercy Bewarang who answered the home calling earlier in the week.
The lawmaker in company of four of his friends, one of whom is a member representing Alkaleri/Karfi Federal Constituency in the National Assembly from Bauchi state, paid a glowing tribute on the deceased and prayed God to grant the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable lost.
Hon. Gagdi, who extolled the sterling virtues of the deceased, acknowledged her services to humanity in the vineyard, and encouraged younger women to emulate her by being dedicated in their service to God and humanity.
The lawmaker maintains that the glowing testimonies of the life of mama is a clear indication that she had lived a righteous life, and her home calling is to rest after paying her dues in the service of God.
